NOTES: (1) This work is scheduled to coincide with cartridge deliveries, otherwise a $25
travel charge will apply.
(2) "Personal" laser printers
(HP 1012, 1150, 1320 etc.) - $50
Office printers
(HP 4, 2300, 4000 etc.) - $75
High performance printers
(HP 5000, 4200, 8100 etc.) - $100
Colour printers - $100.00-$200.00 based on size
(3) A travel charge of $25 will be levied for service calls. Please note that Qualtec's standard labour rate for non-customers is: - $80 per monochrome printer ($65 in-house) and
- $100-$200 per colour printer ($125-$175 in-house)
Please note: In the event that any printer damage is caused by Qualtec's cartridegs, all service and repairs will be performed free of charge. All printer services are fully guaranteed for 90 days |
