• Empty cartridges are picked up at the customer's premises and brought to Qualtec's manufacturing facility on Colonnade road where they are disassembled, and the components are inspected, cleaned and/or replaced. The cartridge is then reassembled, filled with toner and thoroughly tested.  Quality and low costs are guaranteed. Click on the side-bar for prices.

• Qualtec offers free delivery in the Ottawa-Carleton area on orders over $100, normally within 24 hours.  Special delivery is available if required on orders over $100 to an individual, a secure site, or residence and within 1/2 hour from the time of call.  We will provide you with maximum service to avoid any costly downtime.
