         (1) This work will be scheduled to coincide with cartridge deliveries; otherwise a $25 travel charge will apply.

(HP 1012/1200/2015/2200/4000) - $55

      High Performance & Colour Printers
         (HP P3015/4250/2550/4600) - $85

(3) A travel charge of $25 will be applied for service calls.

    
  Qualtec's standard labour rate for non-customers is:

$80-$100 per monochrome printer ($65-$75 in-house)
$110-$130 per color printer ($95-$105 in-house)

      (4)  Qualtec's cost plus 15%

Please note:  In the unlikely event that any printer damage is caused by Qualtec's cartridges, all service and repairs will be performed free of charge.
