When you select us as your cartridge supplier, Qualtec Laser Products Inc. offers the following services & benefits:

No Charge Printer Service
Annual savings in repair and maintenance of  $200-$300 per printer can be realized with Qualtec's no charge printer service.  Go to Printer Partner Service for details.

Loaners
Printers can be loaned for several days or weeks at no charge to help deal with peak loads, crisis recovery, relocation etc.   

Customized Delivery
We can provide after hours delivery, delivery at a specific time, to a specific individual, to a secure location, to a residence or within 1/2 hour from the time of call.

Stocking
We will restock replacement cartridges, not just drop them off.  This includes stock rotation, removal of empty or obsolete cartridges, and, if necessary, exchanging cartridges to avoid stale dating.

Proactive Support
Qualtec anticipates customers' needs from their usage history and will call to confirm their requirements.  This approach avoids emergencies, particularly for clients operating on tight budgets with minimal inventory.

Preferred Purchasing
Customers will have first choice on all of Qualtec's specials and sales of refurbished printers, overstock clearance, product promotions etc.

Dedicated Stock
We will maintain a record of any customer's cartridges which are difficult to obtain, infrequently ordered or used in obsolete printers.  We will keep a supply of these cartridges on our premises identified for these customers to ensure their availability when needed.

Donations
We will support customers' environmental causes with free cartridges, ads and donations etc.

Per Page Printing
Customers have the option of using our three cent per page printing solution.  Click here for details.  This service can be adopted on a printer by printer basis or for all printers.
